Kyleen Waltman was mauled by the same dogs three months later, losing both arms and part of her colon.

Teresa Graham, the owner of one of the dogs involved in another attack, was charged with allowing dogs to run at large and ill-treatment/cruelty to animals.

Graham's dog was one of two that attacked a woman walking near her home, leaving her severely injured.

The woman was taken to the hospital and sustained permanent injuries.

Both dogs involved in the attack were described as emaciated, with one having a collar and part of a chain attached.

The lawsuit against Abbeville County alleges gross negligence in the handling of previous complaints about the aggressive dogs.
