Dogs thrive in social environments, which is why happy dog daycare is a great option for pet owners.

Socialization is key, and daycare provides a safe space for dogs to interact with other dogs, reducing anxiety and stress.

By socializing with other dogs, your furry friend can develop important skills like communication and conflict resolution.

Daycare also gives dogs the opportunity to exercise and burn off energy, which can lead to a more relaxed and well-behaved pup at home.

Exercise is essential for dogs, and daycare provides a fun and engaging way for them to get the physical activity they need.

In addition to socialization and exercise, happy dog daycare also offers a safe and healthy environment for your dog to play and rest.

Why Choose Doggy Daycare?

Choosing doggy daycare can be a great option for both you and your furry friend. It's not just a place to drop off your dog when you can't be with them.

Doggy daycare helps young and nervous dogs build and maintain socialization with new humans and other pups, making them more adaptable and confident.

A controlled play setting like doggy daycare is safer than a dog park, especially for young dogs learning their manners or growing their confidence. This is because a dog park can be overwhelming, but doggy daycare provides a more structured environment.

If you're concerned about your dog getting into trouble while you're at work, doggy daycare is a great solution. They'll get exercise, playtime, and attention, preventing behaviors like nuisance barking, potty accidents, and destructive behavior.

Doggy daycare also helps prevent separation anxiety in dogs. By providing a fun and engaging environment, they'll be less stressed and anxious when you're away.

If you're short on time or space to exercise your dog, doggy daycare is a great way to ensure they get the physical activity they need to stay happy and healthy.

Here are some benefits of doggy daycare:

  • Building and maintaining socialization for young and nervous dogs
  • Helping mediate and prevent separation anxiety
  • Providing a guilt-free day out for you
  • Keeping your pets out of trouble while you're at work
  • Offering a more controlled play setting than a dog park
  • Preparing your dog for boarding

We're lucky to have a daycare that's truly a haven for dogs. Brandon and Becky, the owners, have two rescue dogs of their own, Raven and Hansel, who get to live on the property.

Their large outdoor fenced area is a dog's paradise, with 37 acres of property to explore and lots of fresh air to sniff. It's the perfect place for dogs to burn off energy.

The owners take a personal approach to daycare, with small play groups of similar-sized dogs to prevent overwhelming. This way, each dog gets the attention they need to feel happy and relaxed.

  • DHLPP - Or Distemper plus Lepto (1 year and 3 year vaccines accepted depending on dog's age)

  • Rabies (1 year or 3 year depending on dog's age)
  • Canine Influenza (Two week wait period after second Influenza vaccine)

Maintaining Dog Health

Dogs left at home for extended periods lack proper exercise and mental stimulation, leading to problems like destructive behavior and separation anxiety.

Dogs are social animals that need interaction with others to be healthy and happy, which is why dog daycare provides them with a social setting.

Exercise and socialization are crucial for maintaining a well-balanced, healthy dog, and dog daycare offers both in a safe, supervised environment.

Dogs were bred to do jobs like herding, hunting, and guarding, but left home alone, they're bored, lonely, and restless.

Without regular interaction with others, dogs can forget how to behave around other canines and may become socially inept, fearful, or aggressive.
