Nintendogs Dalmatian and Friends Dogs are adorable virtual pets that can be fed, bathed, and played with on the Nintendo DS. There are three Dalmatian puppies to choose from, each with its own unique appearance.

You can name your Dalmatian puppy, and as it grows, it will go through different stages of development. The puppies will start as adorable balls of fur and grow into cute dogs with distinct characteristics.

The Dalmatian puppies can be trained to perform tricks, such as sitting, shaking paws, and rolling over. This can be done by using the Nintendo DS touchscreen to guide your puppy through various commands.

Game Information

You can choose from six breeds: Dalmatian, Golden Retriever, Yorkshire Terrier, Beagle, Boxer, and German Shepherd Dog.

The game allows you to care for and train your puppy using the Touch Screen and Mic, which enables you to pet the pup, acquire and play with supplies, and teach the dog to do tricks.

To train your pup well enough, you can compete in obedience contests, agility trials, and flying disc competitions, which will earn you cash to buy other supplies and puppy breeds.

You can unlock all the breeds available in each version, as Jen Lang discovered by playing the Dachshund version and unlocking the other breeds fairly quickly.

To create voice commands, you need to be very careful with the words you choose and speak very clearly into the microphone, or the dog will act confused and you'll have to keep trying.

Bark Mode lets you take your DS with you into the real world, where it will bark to let you know when another Nintendog is in range and ready to meet.
