To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all dogs, we require certain vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella. These vaccinations need to be administered at least 7 days before your dog's first visit to Puptown.

We also offer complimentary Orientations for new dogs, which include a meet-and-greet with our staff and a chance for your dog to get familiar with our kennel-free, open-play environment. Orientations are available by reservation only, Monday through Friday mornings.

Before your dog's first visit, please make sure they're spayed or neutered, have toenails that are acceptable for group setting play, and have all required vaccinations up to date. We'll also ask that you complete our Registration Forms prior to arrival.

Before your pup can join the fun, you'll need to register for an Orientation day. These sessions are available by reservation only, Monday through Friday mornings, and can be booked by calling 763-478-0203.

Pups over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered, and their toenails should be trimmed to prevent any injuries during group play. This is crucial for their comfort and safety in our kennel-free environment.

If it's been a while since your pup was at Puptown, we recommend booking a Welcome Back Day prior to Boarding. This helps us ensure your dog is still comfortable in the group setting and allows our staff to get reacquainted with them.

When it comes to feeding, you can bring your pup's favorite food, whether it's dry, wet/canned, refrigerated, or frozen. Just be sure to label it with your dog's name, meal amounts, and number of meals per day. We'll take care of the rest, including sanitizing everything between feedings.

We also need to know about any medications your pup may need. Please include them in the original packaging from the vet, along with clear dosage instructions. We'll store and administer both oral and injectable medications as directed.

Play & Train sessions are coming back to PupTown this Spring, and we're excited to have dog trainers on staff to work with dogs during playtime.

We'll have a sign-up sheet available in the front lobby soon, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

Training will focus on Basic Obedience skills, including Sit, Stay, Down, Off, Heel, Name Recall, Leash Reactivity, and Leave It.

In-play training will be available at PupTown, making it a convenient and fun way to work on your dog's training.

At Puptown Dog Lounge & Spa, your furry friends can enjoy some well-deserved pampering. They offer daily grooming appointments Monday through Saturday.

Their groomers take the time they need to make your pup look his best, which means they only do a few appointments each day. This ensures each pup gets the attention they deserve.

You can choose to have your dog wait for you when they're done, or sign them up for the Groom & Play program, where they can socialize with other pups before or after their grooming session.

At Puptown Dog Lounge & Spa, we're open for boarding from 6:30 AM to Noon on weekdays. This allows us to provide a calm and peaceful environment for our furry friends.

Monday to Friday, you can drop off your dog between 6:30 AM and Noon. We recommend getting them here early to make the most of their stay.

Saturday and Sunday, our hours are a bit later, but still the same, from 8:00 AM to Noon. This way, you can plan your weekend around our schedule.

For the safety and benefit of all our guests, boarding dogs must check in no later than Noon. We want to make sure everyone has a great time, so please plan accordingly.

From quick trims to full-on makeovers, our groomers are skilled in making your pup look their absolute best. We'll take care of ears, face, tails, and nails, so you don't have to lift a finger.

You can choose to have your pup wait for you at the end of their grooming session, or sign them up for our Groom & Play program. This way, they can socialize with the other pups and have a blast before or after their grooming appointment.
