We operate by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

If you're running late, be aware that you'll be subject to a late fee of $10 or more per dog for every minute past the scheduled time.

We understand that sometimes things come up, so we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day, you'll be charged a $20 fee per dog.

We also have a no-show policy: if you don't show up for your appointment, you'll be charged a $20 fee per dog.

If you need to leave your pet with us after the groom, we offer post-groom pet supervision for $10 per hour or $20 for 15 minutes after closing.

At Tailwaggers Dog Grooming, we're open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Our weekday drop off hours are from 7:00am to 10:00am, so you can bring your furry friend in early.

You can pick up your dog at any time between 7:00am and 7:00pm on weekdays.

Weekend drop off hours are from 8:00am to 10:00am.

If you need to pick up your dog on a weekend, you can do so between 8:00am and 10:00am, or between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.

Please note that we don't accept drop offs or pick ups between 10:00am and 3:00pm on weekends.
